In the real estate industry, everybody wants a quick fix. Many agents are always on the lookout for the next shiny object that promises to help them take their business to the next level. For those of you who think there is an easy way to take your company to $50 million a year, I have some bad news. There is no quick fix for your business! 

My advice? Stop chasing squirrels and focus on your skills. Your leads don’t suck, your lead conversion systems suck! I don’t like to talk that way, but sometimes it’s the best way to discuss hard truths. Leads are leads, and if you learn to work them and stick to it, you will find the success you desire. A good agent will put good systems in place and work them until they get results. Jumping around from platform to platform, trying new things every month, will only slow you down.

An agent on my team just recently got her license, and she ALREADY has two homes under contract and six buyers she’s worked with. How does that happen? Well, it’s because she works on her skills, she’s coachable, and she does what we as a team tell her to! We have experience in the industry, so we know what works! All she has to do is contribute her skills to the systems we have in place to find success! She’s on track to do 25 transactions in her first year!

My goal is to get everyone on my team to make over $100,000. We help them to achieve this by giving them the tools to work on their skills. Rather than buying seller leads and trying every new shiny system that comes up, we get down to business and work on our skills! This saves us time and makes us money!
