Are You Getting Referrals from Past Clients?

In the last month, I’ve received 12 referrals from past clients. That’s three every single week! If you don’t have a system in place to capture these referrals, then you could be missing out on a huge chunk of business. Today I’ll share some of the things that we do in order to capture these leads.

One way we accomplish this goal is by staying in constant contact with them. We send newsletters, thank-you cards, emails, and even a few free movie tickets every once in awhile. Another cheap and effective thing to do is to call Dunkin Donuts and put your brand on a gift card. They only cost about 80 cents a pop and they’re pretty effective. We’ll also lend out our bounce house occasionally. The key is to just stay in contact with them!


In other news - we’re looking for a new listing partner, and we will provide all of the listings. All you have to do is go on listing appointments. Our top listing partner made $200,000 last year and you can certainly do the same. We’re also looking for a new buyer’s agent if you know anyone that might be interested or qualified.
