What Have We Been up to?

Thanks for joining us again, everyone. Today we wanted to share with you some programs we have going on and some resources you can use that should be helpful to you and your career.

The first thing we want to tell you about is a great new incentive program that we are instituting with all of our listings. Here's the deal: If you sell and close one of our many listings between now and the end of 2014, we will provide you with a certificate for a 5 day, 4 night cruise for 2, valued at $1800. We hope a lot of people will take advantage of this opportunity, because we have seen tremendous activity in the market recently. Our 8 transactions in the last 4 days attest to that. 

With the holidays around the corner, you will no doubt have plenty of opportunities to answer the ever-present question "How is the market doing?" The best way to attack this question is by being prepared. We have hundreds of pages of scripts for both buyers and sellers that we would be more than happy to share with you.
