Are you making enough money or the money you feel you deserve in your real estate career? If your answer is no, why not?

The answer usually boils down to problems with lead generation and lead conversions.

First, do you have enough leads coming in? How many leads do you need to get an appointment? How many appointments do you need to get a contract? If you’re not getting enough leads to get you to the number of appointments and contracts that you need to meet your goals, you need to generate more leads. I will gladly go over ways in which you can boost your lead generation and ultimately wind up with more sales.

Second, how are you converting your leads? Are you an expert on scripts, dialogue, and the market? Do you have a system in place to follow up on leads and referrals quickly? Those are all very important parts of the conversion process.

We do some really interesting things to generate leads.

So, you need to ask yourself if you have enough leads coming in and whether or not you’re an expert on the conversion process. If you have any questions about either of those things, call us. We do some really interesting things to generate leads. In fact, you can see our latest endeavor, an endorsement from Gary Levox of Rascal Flatts, at the end of the video above. We’re also experts in lead conversions, so we can teach you all about that as well.

If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to give us a call or send us an email. We’re always happy to help!
